       Jiangsu Debang Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. Fully automatic diaper production line

      In 2010, Debang spent 20 million yuan to purchase two sets of the most advanced fully automatic baby diaper production lines in China at that time. In 2013, it invested another 13 million yuan to independently develop a globally pioneering large-waist circumference diaper production line with its own patents. The production capacity of this line is 500 pieces per minute. In 2014, it purchased a fourth adult incontinence diaper production line. The balanced development of hardware and software ensures that every piece and every batch of products undergoes 8 rounds of inspections, including first inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection, patrol inspection, special inspection, and final inspection, in order to pursue safety and high-quality products as its mission.

GMP purification workshop

       GMP standards are a set of mandatory standards applicable to the pharmaceutical, food, and other industries; they represent an autonomous management system that particularly focuses on product quality and hygiene safety during the manufacturing process. It requires enterprises to meet hygiene and quality standards in terms of raw materials, personnel, facilities and equipment, production process, packaging and transportation, and quality control in accordance with relevant national regulations, forming a set of operational norms that can be implemented to help enterprises improve their hygiene environment, promptly identify problems existing in the production process, and make improvements.
The purpose of establishing GMP cleanrooms is to establish a scientific and strict aseptic production environment, process, operation and management system, to eliminate all possible and potential biological activity, dust, and pyrogen contamination to the greatest extent, and produce high-quality, hygienic and safe products.
